Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group announced the sale of Columbine Village Apartments

[Denver, CO, Thursday, April 17th 2023] – Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group announced the sale of Columbine Village Apartments for $44,750,000 which equates to $192,888 per unit and just over $300 per square foot. Columbine Village is a 232-unit Senior, LIHTC community, built in phases from 1998 to 2003 and located at 7901 West 52nd Avenue, Arvada, Colorado, just minutes to Old Town Arvada.

The buyer assumed an existing HUD loan with a below market interest rate under 3%.  The buyer plans to maintain the affordability of the community.
